ecided her real estate license was long overdue. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR®, she has enjoyed helping many people find their dream homes, forever homes, and become first-time home owners. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Pattie has been married for 28 years and has four children and two grandchildren. When she’s not focused on work, Pattie enjoys serving the homeless community and volunteering at Church Under The Bridge. Denise Martinez is a proud San Antonio native who believes strongly in the value of integrity and authenticity in each of her relationships. Her background prior to working in realty, showcases her heart to truly help others, regardless of the details. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Denise was blessed to have worked in Special Education. The experiences, skills, and fulfillment gained during her time there (with children, parents, and teachers) has proved priceless in both her personal and professional growth. It underscored the importance of clear communication while reinforcing her belief in the 'goodness' of people. The skill set this provided dovetailed perfectly into Denise’s real estate career. She is now able to help others make the right choice in what will be the biggest and most important financial investment most people will make, home ownership. For some real estate agents, this may be seen as a means to make a sale or a living. For Denise, it's a responsibility and an opportunity to help others take an important first step in investing. When Denise isn’t focused on the housing market, you can find her traveling, enjoying new dining experiences, or spending time with her large extended family. Since getting her real estate license in 2003, Kellie Daniels has helped many families realize their dream of home ownership. Much of her business is referral based. Kellie believes in customer service and 'making clients for life’. Kellie has several professional designations including ABR, CNE, and MRP. If you are looking for knowledge, experience, professionalism, and personal service in a real estate agent, Kellie is your girl! Kellie was born at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. Growing up in a military family, she spent her childhood in Europe as well as the Midwest. In 1980, she married a San Antonio native, and together they have one daughter who is currently attending Texas A&M Medical School. She enjoys giving back to the community and has served as a Girl Scout Leader, taught children's church, and has also served on her church's bereavement and hospitality committees. In her free time, she loves boating, fishing, and traveling with family and friends.
