Omg just when I get great news for my business I see a review stating that I do horrible business that I’m never at office lol I’m there 24/7 if possible people like to under estimate others why but may god bless u and thanks for sharing on my review that bad comment this will only make me stronger and knowing who my real customers are but anyways god bless u ms whoever u are I just wait and let god handle everything great day everyone!!!!

Gm customers as many as yall know we are about to end this tax year we still have a couple of days left and I would like thank yall for everything without yall unique wouldn’t be a business god has been amazing to all of us from me speaking to yall about god to making new friend and customer memories has been a little rough due to new changes on software new stuff but other then that great year now unique has new hours for the remaking of the tax season we will be opening from 12-6 Tuesday through Saturday except on April 15 we will open from 11am -12 midnight if I are calling and we don’t answer your phone call don’t think we don’t wanna answer we sure apologize but it’s cause we are answering other calls plz leave a text and I will personally reach out to yo in my time that I’m able to which is between 6-8 pm thank u all for all may our great lord bless each and everyone of yall !!!

Good evening customers here is a little update if yall have been calling me and I don’t answer it’s cause yall know I been busy plz don’t hesitate to walk in office I’m there not cause I don’t answer means I’m not there plz stop by if u have any questions for me also update on hours starting next Monday march 23,2025 office will be close (Mondays)Tuesday Thursday Friday Saturday hours will be 10-6 and Wednesdays and Sundays 1-5 if you have any questions plz call me at 210-748-1549 I’ll answer your calls from 10-6 after 6pm I will not sorry for any inconvenience thank you for being patient and for being great customers god bless yall still have a whole month in front of us don’t wait till file the faster you do it the faster you will get your refund if entitled to one and if u have to pay do it before April 15 or if u need extension we can also file one for u thank you goodnight!!!

Gm customers hope yall are waking up to great morning our sincerely apologies to everyone this year has been very crazy I’ve great customers to upset. Customers to blessed and grateful customers but I wanna let yall know that we pray for every single one of yall on another hand I wanna thank all my off yall I wanna share this morning that by the grace of god and by yall staying and believing in unique notary tax service yall made it possible for me to reach my 10 year anniversary thank yall so much from the bottom of my heart without yall it would of not happen thank each and everyone of yall I greatly appreciate yall may god bless yall always !!!!!!

Gm customers just wanted to update there has been several customers that have not received yall refunds plz the reason is that y’all’s banks are rejecting the direct deposit and they a re send y’all’s refund back to bank due to that remember I don’t get pay if yall would be so kind to plz let me know and come pay me I work really hard to help y’all prepare y’all’s taxes to not get paid thank you god bless yall I will call calling center tomorrow to get an update to see what’s going in and to get a list of those customers
