From August 10–13, 2026, the 2026 Advanced Family Law Course brought together family law professionals from around the state to San Antonio, Texas for a week of fun, learning, and fellowship. ⚖️

The use of AI is impacting divorce and custody cases in important ways.

While AI can be helpful when supplementing a lawyer’s education, knowledge, and experience, it cannot be relied upon as a substitute for legal advice. What sounds like proper legal argument could just be fabricated legal citations and arguments with no basis in the law.

Bad actors may also use AI to create or manipulate evidence, like photos, text messages, and financial records, making the authentication process never more crucial than it is now.

At a time when thoughtful and passionate advocacy is critical, you need a law firm who is going to do their homework.
