Can a cash sale really close in 7 days? What can cause delays? This comes up a lot when we make cash offers. People are sometimes skeptical that they can truly have their house sold within one week and be completely done with it. A recent seller, John, was "done with this house". He wanted to have everything done quickly so that he could get rid of all of the stress the home had caused him due to finding mold in the house.
