Due to this seller's schedule the only time we could meet to do a property walk through was Friday evening...right during the start of the SPURS game. That's ok. Just closed on our next project! This home is located in the Braun area of San Antonio near Loop 1604 and Bandera Rd. The seller inherited the house and was tired of all of the maintenance owning the home requires. Do to wanting time to sell some of the furnishing, we were set for a 30 day close.
