**San Antonio’s housing market is moving.**
The latest Texas Housing Insight from the Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M shows an interesting combination in our local market:
📈 San Antonio home sales jumped **16.3% year-over-year in June** — the strongest increase among Texas’ major metros.
At the same time, San Antonio home prices continued to face some downward pressure, while inventory remained higher than a year ago.
More sales. More inventory. Changing prices.
For buyers and sellers, a changing market can create opportunities — but it also makes understanding your contract, title, disclosures, deadlines, and legal obligations especially important.
If you’re buying, selling, or dealing with a real estate issue in San Antonio, know what you’re signing and protect your interests.
