Firm News:

In what was otherwise a hopeless case, our client is being given another bite at the cherry by the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Our client, a former member of the Afghan Military, had his pro se asylum case denied by the Immigration Judge and ordered removed from the United States. He retained us to represent him in filing an appeal. We timely filed an appeal and a brief with the Board of Immigration Appeals. The Board in its ruling, remanded the case to the Immigration Judge for further proceedings.
