Always trust God and follow your heart. Have faith doors will open and opportunity will rise. The last 3 months of 2024 have been an answered prayer. I can remember dreaming about these days as early as the age of a high school student at 16, and sending up prayers before bed. I am living in that little girls dream today. If I could tell anything to my younger self it would be to chase your dreams and do it without hesitation. Today I get to meet people in their journey and support them in one of the biggest investments in their lifetime, their home.
They say when you love what you do you will never work a day in your life, and I believe it 100%. All the glory to the man upstairs!
This home in particular was just built brand new and had her name on it. Little did she know from her thoughts of not wanting to rent and to become a homeowner, we connected. After seeing the home for the first time she was under contract the same day and moved into her home in less than 3 weeks. In hindsight her home was being built as she was hoping to start her journey to homeownership. I hope this inspires you to make your dreams reality and when idea hits find your resources and make them come true. She is now creating new memories and close to family and friends in her hometown she grew up in.
