Hoffer established Schulman, Lopez & Hoffer, LLP, in 2011 after practicing together for many years with another prominent Texas education law firm. The Firm was joined by partner Jason Adelstein in 2015 and became SLHA, LLP. The Firm also expanded into Louisiana representing Louisiana charter schools with attorney Mike Higgins. In July 2017 the Firm expanded to include bond counsel work with Partner Janet Robertson. Together our attorneys have over 150 years of experience serving Texas and Louisiana school districts, charter schools and local government entities.
