Hoffer established Schulman, Lopez & Hoffer, LLP, in 2011 after practicing together for many years with another prominent Texas education law firm. The Firm was joined by partner Jason Adelstein in 2015 and became SLHA, LLP. The Firm also expanded into Louisiana representing Louisiana charter schools with attorney Mike Higgins.
