Alamo Ad Valorem is proud to announce a major victory for the owner of the Dodson House Moving. After presenting a detailed and strategic argument supported by strong market evidence, we secured a reduction from the ARB value of 4,000,000 to 2,305,930.

The original market value was 4,720,950 which means our team achieved a total market value reduction of 2,415,020. This resulted in an estimated tax savings of $58,926 for our client.

This outcome was reached through extensive research, a carefully structured argument, and a clear demonstration of how the market truly supports the lower value. We are grateful for the opportunity to advocate for our client and for the trust they placed in us.
