New build lender was unable to get clients through underwriting and they were within 2 weeks of closing. We worked together quickly to get all docs and got them pushed through to closing within a week! Dream team over here, love this squad of professionals at Primelending that help me to stand out. We have been working together since the beginning of the year from NY to SA- we got the deal DONE. And I have 2 new friends on my side of town!!

WELCOME TO SAN ANTONIO!! All the way from Germany, please welcome our newest home owners. Our clients put an offer on this home, unseen and Jazan Harris - SA Realtors was able to win the deal during a multiple offer scenario. Client walked into over $18k in equity and took advantage of the float down option to secure a better rate when the market adjusted. So excited for this military family !

Congratulations are in order! Another one of my Air Force family just grabbed the keys to his new, beautiful home. My boy is walking into over $30k in equity!!! We were able to make sure he kept his previous home to now start generating some rental income. Win win, all the way around. I can't stress enough how great it feels to be part of this process and to witness my friends reach these huge milestones in their lives. Blessed beyond measure!
