Today we say “Happy Birthday!” and “Goodbye, for now!” to our paralegal, Theodore “Teddy” G. Jemming, who has been accepted to the University of Oregon School of Law. Teddy has been the anchor of Jemming Law since 2020, nearly tripling the size of the practice since he arrived. Ted modernized the firm’s case management and billing system, expanded the firm’s DUI practice by getting certified in National Highway Safety Association Field Sobriety Testing, completed many, many expungements cleaning the slates of our clients, and drafted dozens upon dozens of substantive motions where he spotted winning issues leading to dismissals or reductions of serious alleged crimes.

The University of Oregon is known for having the best legal writing program in the United States. We have no doubt that is why they want Teddy in their program.

Utah Highway Patrol to increase troopers on DUI shifts in July

After an increase in DUI-related arrests and 30 deaths so far in 2024, the Utah Highway Patrol will increase shifts searching for DUI offenders in July.
