Have you ever wanted to work in a law office? Our asset recovery law firm is seeking a full-time representative. This is an entry level position that could lead to advancement opportunities. Hours are full time and flexible with options to work a 4 ten hour workweek or 5 day workweek. NO WEEKENDS! Our pay is dependent upon experience and productivity and medical and dental insurance premiums are provided and fully covered.
Job responsibilities may include:
• Accepting inbound calls.
• Processing legal paperwork.
• Drafting legal documents.
• Assisting with office support duties.
• Contacting employers regarding garnishments.
Ideal candidate will have:
• The ability to understand big picture.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with sales, collection or negotiation.
* Telephone skills and experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and credit tests.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
* No legal experience necessary.
