It is unfortunate that the abuser has since my last post passed away. At least some of the abuse will now come to an end. But that does excuse the fact that he has robbed the lady of everything, even closure and to make things even worse the kids when she went to get closure at the services was told she was not welcome there,even though Daphne gave birth to them. What manipulation and completely ignorance on their part. Again shows the ability of psychological manipulation a narcissistic can pull off, I mean wow, how they lose one parent and don't care about the other one that carried them each for nine months in their womb. I had posted that the court had found Daphne guilty and continue the abuse of the abuser. An appeal was filed and accepted, then a motion to disqualify and recuse counsel and the judge Cornish in second district court in Utah, then another judge don't find it conflict of interest when there is a federal case filed that names the judge as first defendant. See case Crane v. Cornish 1:21-cv-151; district of Utah. But the lower court don't find that a conflict? I don't see how not. Which grants an open door for an appeal but it's still even though the abuser is passed that his trail of abuse continues. The worse case is that it was brought to the courts attention and the court continues to abuse the lady that I'll have to do another appeal for. Court is set for June 6th at two in Farmington second district court. Any suppoort would be appreciated and any input can be submitted to second district Cornish team@ utah courts.gov. thank you for reading and will post more after then. Yesterday was a good day, the appeal was filed in the local court, still can not believe that an illegal stop that was clearly obvious nothing more then harassment and premeditated, if counsel would of only shown the evidence of the 911 call and the simple fact that the dog was not registered by the state of Utah, and if the " tipster or informant" would of giving proper evidence this harassment never would of gotten anywhere. But that person was named as witness for the state, that person is going to have to testify before the court and be held accountable for their lies and manipulation. It's coming, ohh it's coming

Well the bad thing is this, on 4/24/24 Daphne was wrongfully convicted due to ineffective counsel in Davis county, goes to show the corruption in Davis county. But another complaint was filed with the Utah bar about the judge and counsel not taking themselves from the case. An appeal has been scripted and copies being made today for the filing of the appeal come Monday. The best part is that counsel set her up for appeal, and Daphne has reached a point of taking her power back and becoming a survivor and not the victim of narcissist abuse anymore! A video of her testimony and the level of abuse endured should be posted in the near future. So a face and actual voice attached to the project that I have been working on now for years. Bringing awareness to courts and police as to this type of person who is really a sick individual.

If you have any input or resources in which with political people or interests of such, please feel free to send a message here or to Greek geek, author of both, she has been greatful to receive mental health services for the abuse and the r**e through cornerstone counseling on redwood road. As said in the other posts, have trial on wed which should be a win no matter what, we believe that the attorney is holding out info knowing exactly what this and other cases for her and shane Carl are, manipulation of the police and courts, such as how do I get a trespassing warrant without ever being on the alleged property.? And the other warrants that I have due to his calling the police. Again the reason for this page, to bring aware to the community and police as to how mentally unstable people in a divorce may act, I don't care what national security clearance or FCC license one may have as this person does, can not use national security clearance intelligence to turn around and violate regular civilian rights, since police did not want to pay attention and stereo type me, now my ID and everything has been put on the dark web because of their ignorance. Update: also do to the narcissist abuse which has robbed Daphne of her home, retirement and alimony due to this man's abuse, to make even matters worse she was r**ed on Christmas of last year. The best part is talking with detective and 99.99,% conviction coming from the perpetrator that did such to her and she has his name and dude happens to be from Ogden area. Goes by big hungry. Obviously not his real name, but if your a female and know this particular person and it's known I guess that he has prior actions of such of holding women captive and sexually abusing them, which is the matter here at hand.
