It's (almost) showtime! 🤩 Our director and cast are putting the finishing touches on our spring show this week during dress rehearsals. We hope you'll join us this weekend for a performance of the laugh out loud comedy, "You Can't Beat the House."

Showtimes are March 7-8 at 7pm and March 9 at 1:30pm at The Balcony Ballroom in Salisbury. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and available at the door 30 minutes prior to each showtime.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SOLICITATION!
If you have recently bought or sold property and received this Recorded Deed Notice letter, please be aware that you do NOT need to respond or pay the service fee!
When our office or the title company handles your real estate transaction, we give you your recorded deed. You can also get a copy yourself at the Recorder’s office in the courthouse for a very nominal fee. Please don’t fall for this money grab!
Because the letter warns you that it’s a solicitation and you don’t have to pay it, it’s unfortunately not something we can report to the Attorney General.
We have had several people come in over the last few weeks with these letters. Please be cautious and read all the fine print. And if you aren’t sure, please ask someone!
