That might not sound like a huge milestone, but to me, it is.

Lenders work with a LOT of real estate agents. They see firsthand how agents communicate, negotiate, handle problems, educate their buyers, and ultimately get them to the closing table.

So when a lender chooses to send one of their clients, family members, or long time friends to me to help them buy a home, I don’t take that lightly.

And this year, I’ve had two different lenders trust me enough to do exactly that.

There are a lot of ways to measure success in real estate—sales volume, closings, awards, numbers.

But being trusted and respected by the people I work alongside in this industry?
