Our criminal justice system is predicated upon the principle that a person who is charged with a crime is innocent until proven guilty. After hearing both the State and defense's cases, a jury of twelve people found James Crockett not guilty of the allegations leveled against him. I thank those jury members for their service and their dedication to insuring that the founding principles of our country are upheld.
