Rapidly growing general law practice seeks associate or of-counsel attorney interested in fast-track partnership opportunity.
We handle child custody, divorce, felony and misdemeanor criminal, DUI, estate administration and probate, and personal injury cases in North-Central Kansas' largest regional city. We also manage appointment contracts with multiple courts in the region. We appear primarily in the Kansas 12th, 28th, 9th, and 8th Judicial Districts. Our Associate Attorney will quickly gain ample courtroom, client-service, and practice-management experience.
This position will best fit an entrepreneurial-minded self-starter wanting to grow his or her own client base, and control her or his own practice and life / work balance. We welcome candidates with experience in the same or other areas of law, and will train the right candidate. Our best fit will be a 3L about to graduate, or recent law school graduate who has been working for 1 to 3 years. Litigation and Courtroom experience, including trial advocacy and/or legal clinic law school programs, will be ideal. Prior work experience in client-service fields, and with managing/supervising staff in a legal or professional office setting, will also be very helpful.
