While courts in the 23rd circuit (Salem, Roanoke City and Roanoke County) will remain open, court hearings will be limited to bond hearings and criminal cases with speedy trial implications, DSS cases, emergency protective order and emergency mental health orders, to name a few. All other cases will be continued until after April 10.

Our office will remain open, and we’ll continue to schedule bond hearings. All other meetings and appointments will be conducted over the phone.
