Check out Willamette Heritage Center's Community History Walk to learn about families from our own community whose lives were impacted by slavery and emancipation. 2026 features William Johnson and Elizabeth Walker, married in Marion County in 1857, who lived in downtown Salem.

Our team is passionate about learning, and we love having this resource in our community to help us all learn and grow each year.

We had an amazing time at our team retreat at Create A Memory last week!

What a wonderful opportunity to step away from the office, spend quality time together, and tap into our creative side. We’re incredibly fortunate to have a team that not only works hard, but truly enjoys spending time together.

Moments like these are a great reminder of the strong team culture behind the work we do every day.
