MCAD - Marion County Association of Defenders Providing legal services to the people of Marion County, Oregon. The Marion County Association of Defenders Ltd.

(MCAD) is a non-profit agency that was established, years ago by a group of attorneys, to provide quality representation for indigent individuals in Marion County. Unlike the Public Defender’s Office, MCAD is a consortium of private attorneys, in the Salem area, that agree to represent indigent individuals in addition to their private cases.
