Willamette Valley Sales are still STRONG!
If homes are priced right and presented properly they are selling. (Hello, multiple offers on our listings twice this week 🤩)
Houses under $450K are moving faster, naturally.
Buyers shopping above $500K are getting great deals and often walking in with some equity.
We are halfway through the Second Busiest Offer Writing Season of the Year (Aug. 15th - Sept 15th) and YES!! We can still get you in your new home before the Holidays 🎃🪔🎄🎁
