Big closing today and this one was a special one for me.

Just wrapped up 6704 Indian Hawthorne in Killeen where I had the chance to represent both the sellers and the buyers.

To my sellers — I appreciate you trusting me to handle everything from both sides. We stayed on top of it the whole way and got it to the finish line. That’s always the goal.

To my buyers — this one’s exciting. They’re planning to renovate the home for their aunt who’s moving in from Georgia, which is pretty awesome. I’ve really enjoyed walking through the process with them and helping pick out ideas and finishes along the way. It’s going to turn into something really special.
