Real Estate Closing Processor

We are a small law firm seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our real estate closing team. This is a production-focused role responsible for building and preparing real estate closing files.

What You’ll Do:

• Open, manage, and process real estate transaction files using SoftPro Enterprise
• Prepare Closing Disclosures and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with lenders to obtain CD approval and finalize figures
• Review file details for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for closing
• Assemble closing packages for attorney review
• Process post-closing disbursements and file completion tasks
• Manage a pipeline of transactions while meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in real estate transactions, title, escrow, or mortgage processing
• Ability and willingness to learn specialized software (SoftPro experience is a plus, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial and legal documents
• Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
• Organized, process-oriented mindset
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Salary commensurate with experience

WRM Birthday Spotlight: 🌟Kim Spangler🌟

Wishing a Happy Birthday to our sweet Kim!🎂🎈🎉

Kim is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant and has been with the firm for almost 4 years. Kim assists staff and attorneys in all the firm's practice areas when needed and keeps our two busy offices running smoothly.

Kim was born in Brunswick, GA and lived in Nashville, TN for a short time. She moved back to the area until graduating from Camden County High School. Kim attended the University of Georgia where she earned a BSED in Sports Medicine and returned for her master's degree in Sports Management/Business.

After graduate school, she lived in Atlanta until she moved to Sierra Vista, AZ where she married her Husband, Sean. Kim and Sean have two children, Eli (20) and Ava (18) and recently got custody of their nephew, Anthony (1 ½ years). They also have a Maltipoo named Archie and some chickens. Kim and her family moved back to Georgia in 2008 and returned to Glynn County in 2015.

In her time off time, Kim loves gardening, reading, taking pictures, travel and spending time with her family.

WRM Birthday Spotlight: 🌟Kate Moore🌟

Happy Birthday Kate! 🎉🎂🎈

Kate is the senior real estate paralegal at the firm and focuses her work on residential and commercial real estate closings.

She was born in Sanford, NC, but spent most of her childhood years in Georgia and Florida. Her family moved to Florida during her high school years, where she graduated from Astronaut High in Titusville, Florida. She subsequently earned an Associates Degree in Science from Brevard Community College, making the Dean’s list. She has lived in the Golden Isles for the past 25 years.

Kate has been with the firm for 12 years and has been working in the real estate industry for over 24 years.

In addition to working at the firm, Kate has served as a church liaison for Skylark and currently serves as a volunteer at His Ministries through her Church. She attends CenterPoint Church in Brunswick where she also volunteers as a greeter and works with the Women’s Ministry.

Kate is married to Doug Moore, and they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this February. Together they have two children, Canen (30) and Tori (23). Kate and Doug also have three dogs, Reba McEntire, Dixie Land, and Brutus.

When she is not at the firm, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, traveling, and chasing sunsets.

Caitlen has been with us for over a year and a half as a Pre-Closer and Post-Closer in our Brunswick office. Caitlen is a Brunswick, GA native. She has three sons, Ridge, Gage, and Sawyer.

She likes to spend her free time at the beach and with friends and family. When she is not at the office, you can probably find her at the baseball field watching her boys or exploring and traveling with her Fiancé, Mark.
