According to a Florida Realtors article, there are five states that lead the country in vacant residential lots for sale.

Florida sits at the top of a list with 42,601 vacant residential lots for sale, followed by Texas, California, North Carolina and Georgia.

But available land is only part of the equation. Location, zoning, development patterns, infrastructure and local housing demand can completely change what that land means to a market.

Apparently my body didn’t get the memo that it’s Monday because I woke up BEFORE my alarm this morning… 😂🔥

And not in the “why am I awake?” kind of way.

I popped out of bed with energy, a clear head, a ridiculously positive attitude, and this overwhelming feeling of LET’S. FREAKING. GO. 💪🏼✨

So I’m taking that energy straight into this week — making the calls, chasing the opportunities, connecting with people, building my business and reminding myself that nothing changes unless you get up and make it happen.

One thing I keep learning in real estate — and honestly, in life:

“You don’t have to know exactly how you’re going to get there. You just have to be willing to get up, show up, and keep moving.”

Some Mondays are coffee, survival and questionable life choices. 😂☕️

That's what makes the newly approved $115 million Marriott Tribute Collection at John's Pass Village so interesting. It's another indication that Madeira Beach continues to be viewed as a destination worth investing in.
