Jerome was born in the State of New York. After graduating from St. Francis College (N.Y.) with a B.S. in Biology, he worked as a Paralegal at the Law Firm of Weitz & Luxenberg located in downtown Manhattan. It was there he had the opportunity to focus in the area of Personal Injury. The following year, Mr. Williams went on to pursue his dream as a lawyer, and attended the Ohio Northern School of
Law in Ada, Ohio. Throughout Law School, he has demonstrated a willingness to assist those that are underprivileged, and in need of legal assistance. With this experience, he is able to handle each client's case with diligence, due care, and compassion, no matter how difficult the situation may be. In addition, he is actively involved in his community, volunteering his time to the following organizations:

- 2014 Label Pin Recipient (Given to attorneys who have donated anywhere from 50 to
100 hours of legal work)
