Why do I speak about politics on my platform?

Because it directly shapes how leaders lead—and who gets to lead.

As an executive coach and DEI strategist, I don’t have the luxury of being disconnected from the systems my clients operate in. Politics influences access, opportunity, pressure, and power. If I ignore that, I’m not doing my job.

And more than awareness—there’s responsibility.

I use my voice because staying silent in systems that impact people’s ability to exist, lead, and succeed is not neutral. It’s a choice.

My role isn’t just to build better leaders.
It’s to help leaders understand the reality they’re operating in—and challenge them to lead within it with clarity, accountability, and courage.

This is the work.
