This one was such a great experience from start to finish.

Our buyers were referred to us by an agent in our KW Luxury network out of Ohio. They flew down for 10 days with one goal: explore as many areas of Tampa Bay as possible and figure out if this was where they wanted to plant roots. We built their schedule so they were house hunting every other day and enjoying everything the area has to offer on their days off.

We took them through Hudson, then Palmetto and Parrish, two very different vibes, and on that second day of showings, they found the one. Brand new to market and we still walked away with nearly $10,000 off the purchase price. 💪

This deal moved fast. Multiple rounds of negotiations over a few days, coordinating across time zones with the seller on the West Coast, all while I was in Atlanta at the annual Keller Williams Family Reunion with 14,500 KW agents from across the world.

But here’s the truth...
