I’m well aware that people do not vote objectively.
That the fact that Nicole Pearlman has practiced law and excelled pretty much EVERY place a state judge could practice doesn’t really matter to most voters.
That she has prosecuted bad guys, defended the innocent, fought for dad’s parental rights, battled for world who deserved alimony, battled insurance companies on behalf of the people doesn’t really move the need I suppose.
That few judge candidates in my adult life time have as much experience in the practice areas they might “judge”, or have excelled academicallly, or have devoted so much time to their community (she is a Cub Scout leader for crying out loud) as Nicole Pearlman ain’t what matters to voters, I understand.
No, I understand that the amazing objective qualifications that Nicole Pearlman beings to this race are not what matters.
What matters, according to the social science experts, and why she should win this race tomorrow is that Nicole is a wonderful human being. That she develops friendships with men and women from all
Walks fo life. That she cares. That she is one of maybe three people in this world that Nicole Denmon or I would call if we need help with an emergency with one of our children OR with an emergency hearing in court with a legal issue.
And that .. is so crazy rare when you think about it..
But..,
If your one of those people that just wants to make decisions based on objective FACTD then , yea, you should vote for her tomorrow without question. 🙂
