Congratulations to my seller on the successful sale of his home at 5310 72nd St N in St Pete!

This sale had an interesting journey. We went under contract immediately after the first weekend on the market, but the initial buyers ultimately decided not to move forward. Fortunately, while that was unfolding, another couple had already fallen in love with the home and were hoping for a second chance. As soon as the property became available again, we were back under contract and on our way to a successful closing.

This one is especially meaningful to me because I had the opportunity to help my seller purchase this property back in 2019, and now seven years later, I was honored to help him sell it as he moves on to his next chapter.
