It’s official- we’ve moved!

Our new location is 5922 9th Avenue N in St. Petersburg- just 5 minutes from our old office.

As we approached the one-year anniversaries of Helene and Milton we decided to make the move official – we signed a lease and put up our sign.

Like many of you, we were displaced after the storms hit last year. And as the months went by we celebrated with you when you were finally able to get back into your homes and shook your hand and waved goodbye when you decided to move on. Our little office, our home for over 40 years, bravely faced both storms. And while it’s still standing, it has many issues that are still not resolved and it’s just not habitable. Just like you we needed to make a decision and move forward. And we couldn’t be happier!

We will miss you popping in to say hello when you visit the bank or Publix but we hope to see you at our new place! Stop in for a tour anytime you’re in our new neighborhood!

HURRICANE MILTON UPDATE

Due to the arrival of Hurricane Milton our staff will do its best to respond to all questions and emails and respond as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience.

As an update after the arrival of Hurricane Helene, our remote office is set up and all staff working remotely. We have been meeting clients in multiple ways including face to face, zoom, telephone while our landlord repaired dry wall and flooring in our south pasadena office.

What we did not anticipate was the arrival of a second Storm right after Helene, Hurricane Milton, so our staff the early part of this week will need to evacuate to ensure their safety and get their own homes prepared.

Each staff will communicate with you via email and our office phones are being answered off site so they will remain operational conditions pendings.

Our office building like many of the homes in our south pasadena
area, has felt the effects of Hurricane Helene. A message of
gratitude, care and empathy is shared by us to all the families and
communities impacted by the storm and surge.

We experienced flooding and our office in order to remedy the effects
of the flooding is closed for in office visits for the next two weeks
while repairs are completed.

All staff is working remotely and at our temporary location while the
work team completes the efforts. We are truly thankful for our team
and their dedication. All files are secured and dry, we are here as
phones being answered and meeting clients with meeting location
determined for each client based upon where efforts to repair are at.

We can meet with you via zoom, teams and phone as well.

Our office building like many of the homes in our south pasadena
area, has felt the effects of Hurricane Helene. A message of
gratitude, care and empathy is shared by us to all the families and
communities impacted by the storm and surge.

We are open for regular business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30 to
4:00pm. In an effort to support on going clean up efforts in the
area, we ask that drop in visits be avoided. We will be reaching out
to appointments already set to ensure your safety and comfort are met
while on going clean up efforts continue in our area.
