One of the most important steps in any real estate transaction is one that most buyers and sellers never see firsthand: the title search.

A title search is a thorough review of public records to confirm that the property being bought or sold has a clear and unencumbered ownership history. It can uncover potential issues before they become your problem, including outstanding liens, unresolved claims from previous owners, easements that could affect how the property is used, or errors in past deeds that could cloud your ownership rights.

So, during a title search, we do not just check the boxes. We review the full chain of ownership, identify anything that could create complications down the road, and work to resolve those issues before they delay or derail your transaction.

Whether you are buying your first property, selling a long-held commercial property, or refinancing, having legal counsel involved in the title review process means having someone in your corner who understands both the legal implications of what they find and the practical steps needed to protect your interests.

If you are ready, do not hesitate to give our team a call. We are here to help protect your rights and interests from start to finish.
