The courthouses in the Sixth Judicial Circuit will be closed Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, for the New Year holiday. There will still be first-appearances as required by law. First appearances in Pinellas County will be at the County Justice Center at 14250 49th Street North, Clearwater, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 14. First appearances in Pasco County will begin at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 1A at the West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, in New Port Richey. Happy Holidays!

There will still be first-appearances all three days as required by law. First appearances in Pinellas County will be at the County Justice Center at 14250 49th Street North, Clearwater, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 14. First appearances in Pasco County will be at the Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center, 38053 Live Oak Ave, in Dade City, beginning at 8 a.m. in Room 115.
