Some homes just feel easy to live in… and this is one of them. 🏡☀️

This one is in Lakewood Estates and it has a lot of what buyers are usually hoping for:
4 bedrooms, a single-story layout, almost 1,800 SF, great natural light, an updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, and it’s not in a flood zone.

What I like most though is the flow. It’s one of those houses that just makes sense when you walk through it, bright, open, and very livable without feeling too flashy.

For someone looking in St. Pete, this is the kind of home that gives you a nice balance of charm, functionality, and peace of mind. 🌴
