Took me a long time to learn and figure out that money, cash, green backs, loot or what ever you want to call it can be worthless when the $1 is not really worth a dollar. I am by no means some investment or Finacial expert, just a dude trying to learn more by seeing what other successful people have done. The ones that do not worry about inflation because they own things that are a “hedge” against inflation.

The general order of operations and standard best practices can seem complex until you can build an operating procedure that works best for you. Generally speaking, the tenant lifecycle involves seven stages: vacancy, screening, leasing, move-in, occupancy, ending the tenancy, and move-out.

Understanding the tenant lifecycle is key to a successful landlording business. Many renters go through all or most of these seven stages—so prepare in advance.
