Responsibilities will include general office management, basic bookkeeping, phone answering, correspondence, and general document drafting. Time Expectation:

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Bookkeeping responsibilities, including billing, financial paperwork and reports, and W-9 forms
• Monitor and maintain office inventory and supplies

• Front-desk receptionist and communications with diverse clientele
• Assist staff with administrative preparation and filing of client matters
• Assist staff with case management and file maintenance
• Utilize and maintain critical information in databases and case management software;
• Manage calendars and scheduling;
• Coordinate and assist with new hire onboarding
• Ensure maintenance of safety and compliance programs
• Light housekeeping to maintain a presentable workspace
• Coordinate office marketing, including sharing and monitoring social media

Our attorney, Megan Galasso, is having a birthday soon. For her birthday, she is putting together kits for newly arriving Afghans resettling in Minnesota. She is focusing on items in baby and school kits. (See the list attached). If you are interested in donating gently used or new items, feel free to bring them to our office and we will put them into kits. Our office is open Tuesday - Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm. We will stop collecting donations on January 21, 2022. Thank you!
