It's Spring, and time for a reminder of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-6,378, Nebraska's move-over law. This law applies to all stopped
vehicles and vulnerable road users (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-6,378.02) on the side of the highway. This includes pedestrians, bicyclists, people in crosswalks, and agricultural vehicles or equipment.
