He is a graduate of the College of St. Thomas (B.A., English, 1972) and Hamline University School of Law (J.D., 1976, Silver Gavel Honor Society). He was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1976 and has been practicing law exclusively in the field of personal injury for 41 years. Marcus Gatto was born and raised in St. He is a graduate of Boston College (B.S. Biology, 2002) and the University of Miami (FL) School of Law (J.D., 2006). He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and the Minnesota Bar in 2010. Marcus practiced Public Benefits Law at the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (now the Florida Center for Justice) in Miami from 2007 thru 2010. He has been practicing personal injury law with Swor & Gatto, P.A. since moving to the Twin Cities in 2010.
