Nancy Potter Lyle is a partner at Taylor Siemens Elliott Creedy & Lyle, PC and an outstanding leader in both her profession and community. Since joining the firm in 2010, coming from one of the world's largest law firms, Nancy has brought unmatched professionalism, expertise, and dedication to her practice in business, real estate, and agricultural law. Elevated to partner eary is her tenure, she has become a trusted mentor to younger attorneys and a champion for women in the legal field. As the firm's first female partner, Nancy has implemented and leads a formal mentorship program, conducts internal attorney training, and plays a vital role in advocating for and supporting the firm's employees. Nancy's leadership extends beyond the workplace. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce (Chairman-Elect), the Mosaic Foundation, and has held leadership roles with the Social Welfare Board, YWCA, and Cotillion for Achievement. She is active in her church, a devoted mother, and helps manage her family's farming operation. Nancy's commitment to service, justice, and equity inspires positive change throughout the region.
