We are still working to complete returns!
Please contact us for a drop off time or mail it in. We will not have preparers in the office after June 30! Please prepare accordingly, and plan for mail time if needed.

We are still working to complete your tax returns. Please call us to set up an appointment to drop them off or mail them to us. We will return your voice messages as soon as possible, but please understand some employees are working from home. This means things may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your business and your understanding with the current situation.

On another note please understand that we do not have information on when you will receive your stimulus check. We recommend checking the IRS website for updates. It was also stated they are now taking phone calls to answer questions. We have no information on how long wait times are

Please see the following from the IRS in regards to the April 15th Tax deadline extension.
***Please note, many state have not extended the due date. We encourage you to file by April 15 in order to avoid any penalties and interest on money that may be due to the state.

March 21, 2020 - The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service are providing special payment relief to individuals and businesses in response to the COVID-19 Outbreak.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Starting on Monday, March 23rd for everyone’s safety please abide by the following:

All returns will be handled with our established drop-off or mail-in process only. We will have no in office appointments.
You may drop your return off prior to your scheduled return time.

We will call you when your return is completed so you can return to sign your documents and pick up your file. If you prefer, we can also mail these documents to you.
You will need to return the signed paperwork to Tax Master either by mail or dropping them at the front door. Upon receipt of signature documents we can e-file your return.

Thanks for your understanding during this ever changing situation.
We are continuing to trust God and pray for the affect this has had world wide.

In order to help protect our clients, families, and communities we will be completing all tax returns on a mail in/ drop of basis. If you have a scheduled appointment we will honor that time but ask that you drop off, and we will call you when it’s completed (usually 1-2 hours later) We ask you have your documents organized and information complete. If we have questions we will promptly call you in order to assure your return is done in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding during this ever changing situation.

We, along with all of you, are following the updates of the current health situation. With that said we ask that if you are sick, have a cough, fever, or difficulty breathing that you mail your return in rather than coming for an appointment. If you prefer to mail your return in, please call to let us know so we can take you off the schedule.

We will be taking extra precautions in our office to clean and sanitize constantly. We don’t mean to be rude but we will refrain from handshakes, hugs, and fist bumps for now. Hellos and smiles are always welcomed.

We are taking precautionary measures but also trusting in God’s protection.
