Expunge your ma*****na conviction.

As of April 11, 2021 you are able to petition to have your ma*****na conviction expunged. To do so you file SCAO Forms MC 227a and 228a in the court where you were convicted.

The prosecutor has 60 days to respond. If there is no response, the court then has 21 days to issue the order expunging the conviction. If the prosecutor responds there will be a court hearing where the prosecutor must prove that the behavior which led to the conviction would still be a illegal under current Michigan law.
