The case addresses critical questions: what elements are required to prove a person either negligently or intentionally destroyed evidence and what is the proper remedy when a party destroys evidence?

It’s an honor for Angie — and for all of us at Pillar Jones — to be part of a case that could help shape how Indiana courts handle fairness and accountability in the justice system.
