What a ride it has been! For my 47 years and Jennifer’s 30 years, real estate has been a
rewarding, fun, stressful, chaotic and all consuming part of our lives…and we’ve loved it! Most
of the time anyway! And the reason we’ve loved it so much has been all about you….meeting
you, helping you navigate buying and selling and in so many cases, becoming friends. There’s
no way, no words that accurately express our gratitude or the appreciation we feel for you.
Now it’s time to play and pass the torch to son, Eric. Having grown up in a ‘real estate driven’
home, it was in his blood. After living and working in Portland for his first 6 years, he moved
back to Columbia County and decided to make the move to our office as well. And after
working with him for a couple of years, we knew he would be the perfect choice to take over
our business.
We know a number of you have laughed and said ‘Jane will never retire’ and ‘Jennifer, you’ll
never get Jane to retire’….okay, so our 5 year plan was more like 10 but here we are and loving
it! And Eric has made the transition a breeze. Our confidence and trust in him is over the top
and we hope that when you’re thinking of making a move or just have a question about the
market, you’ll reach out. Even though our office at 50 Plaza Square in St. Helens now says
Borton Law at the top, the door still says Keller Williams and you’ll find him there.
And we’re not going anywhere, you know how we love talking about real estate so we’ll be
