The conversation that led to this sale started back in August of last year. The Sellers were in the beginning stages of planning the build of their new home and balancing life and helping out their family. This couple came to me through a referral from a former real estate agent. As first time Buyers they came to the table with a ton of knowledge already gathered through extensive research. They thoughtfully approached their home search and were able narrow in on a few important details that were needed in their new home. After negotiating some inspection concerns that came up they were also able to secure some funds to reduce their closing costs and keep a few more liquid funds in their accounts. On top of all of this they were an absolute blast to work with and handled challenging situations with ease and kept everything very light hearted!

🏡 What’s happening in the market right now?

Minnesota’s latest statewide report shows homes for sale up 3.7% year over year, with 64 average days on market and a $339,000 median sales price in February 2026. That points to a market with a bit more breathing room than the frenzy years, but pricing still matters a lot.
