Our lawyers and staff have been super busy this summer! Lots of contested hearings already, a massive uptick in divorce and custody work, and several motion hearings and bench trials.

This would not be possible without the help and support of our admin staff who take care of a ton of work behind the scenes so that we can keep bringing in new business and helping those in need of legal services across east central Ohio, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia.

We also welcomed two interns for the summer: Rylie Hess who is a law student at WVU Law, and Taylor Gossett who is in undergrad at Marietta College. They are getting a ton of experience in the office and traveling to court with our attorneys to see as many aspects of the practice of law as possible ⚖️

Attorney Cross will be out of office on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. This is to allow him to attend the Ohio State Bar Association's Council of Delegates annual meeting, which he was nominated to in late 2025. He will return on Thursday, May 21.

As the 2026 Beach Bash comes to a close, our attorneys at Cross Law Office would like to thank the OACDL for assembling another destination seminar for our attorneys to attend. We learned a lot, networked with colleagues, and are recharged for the upcoming week!

Attorney Graham provided a presentation on Protective Sweeps, while Attorney Cross presented on Plea Negotiations and Sentencing Considerations.

Attorneys Graham, Cross, and D'Andrea will be heading to Myrtle Beach, SC for the annual OACDL Beach Bash Seminar. Attorneys Cross and Graham will be delivering presentations as well.

They will leave on Wednesday, May 13. Attorneys Cross and D'Andrea will return to office on Monday, May 18, and Attorney Graham will return to office on Wednesaday, May 20.

Attorney D’Andrea had a big victory Friday. With trial around the corner, felony allegations of strangulation were dismissed and dropped by the State.

This followed Attorney Graham’s dismissal of a felony domestic violence charge on Thursday.

In both cases, evidence of foul play and/or dishonesty by the alleged victims was discovered and tirelessly pursued by our office.

We are ready for every step of the fight!

Upcoming Dates:

We will be closed February 16, 2026 in observance of President's Day.

Attorneys Cross, Graham, and Lenarz will all be out of office February 17-20. They will be in Key West, Florida for the "Diving Into a DUI Case, Business Edition" Seminar.

This annual seminar has significantly changed the business side of running a law firm for the last few years. We look forward to returning with some new and improved knowledge to better serve our clients.
