Often clients will share that even though they are relieved that their divorce process has finally been concluded, they feel an emptiness or more specifically a lack of self. Not that they would do things differently but they want to start anew in how they see themselves. In my experience with past clients, I see the quickest, healthiest changes in those who focus on determining what truly makes them happy. Selfish? No! You cannot be the attentive mother, son or sister unless you have put yourself in a position to take care of yourself. I must say physical activity scores highest in benefiting your emotional health. It gives you the opportunity to meet new people and even have fun. Our own GO HQ in St Augustine has group and individual training at affordable rates.
