September 17, 1787 our Constitution was signed, which in my opinion was the greatest event for a country in the history of man. October 31, 1983, I took an oath to protect and defend that very Constitution, even if it meant my death. September, 2003 I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution as an attorney. At the same time I took a similar oath as a prosecutor. This year as I have for the past 6 years I took a similar oath as a board member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Next time you’re looking for a criminal defense lawyer ask yourself, who took an oath and would be willing to die for your rights. I did, I will, and I will not back down. Go Navy!!!
