🏠Growing a Family Estate 🎿🏂

🌟 I love when I get to help my clients build a family legacy. Start small. An idea. A goal.

Three years ago, this family purchased their first piece of land. When the neighboring lot recently came on the market, I immediately thought of them - and the opportunity to expand what they had already started.

This closing marks their second adjoining lot, with plans to build multiple chalets for their children and grandchildren to enjoy for years to come — shared with family and friends, and thoughtfully positioned as a long-term rental investment in a beloved ski town.

Real estate isn’t always about one transaction. Sometimes it’s about vision, timing, and building something meaningful - piece by piece - to pass down through generations.
