Hello, Everyone! I hope this finds you all well! 🩷
This is Valid Law, PLLC’s very first post as I have been keeping my head down for the past year and change, all while building my little law firm and helping bring justice to people. ⚖️
I have been blessed to be practicing law and being an advocate for my treasured clients, most of whom are my loyal friends and Harborites. Further, many of my clients also include folks that I didn’t know at all, but desperately needed a tenacious Attorney to be a voice on their behalf, with knowledge and experience in the Rule of Law. 👩⚖️
After practicing for almost 3 years now, and owning my own law firm for over a year, I finally felt like it was time to share some of Valid Law’s wins…. 🏆
Valid Law has saved 2 amazing Bars in Pinellas County (1 in our very own Harbor) from what could have been extremely financially damaging outcomes by Plaintiffs who sued my awesome clients for frivolous Gross Negligence Claims. 💪💪 I settled 1, and got the other completely dismissed by the Judge. 🙅♀️
Valid Law has prepared Wills, Trusts, and Deeds for many, protecting their assets and ensuring said assets are devised to the right heirs / beneficiaries. 📝
Valid Law has settled many breach of Contract cases - pre-suit - via compelling Demand Letters and obtaining relief owed to my clients, including recovering their Attorney’s fees.🙌
Valid Law is currently is in the process of saving a client’s home; in the process of settling some Hurricane claims that should have been paid by the Carrier; and, helping another one of our favorite establishments obtain fiscal justice. 💪
Valid Law has also just officially handled my very first successful Registered ®️ Trademark for one of our very own Harborites’ awesome product…he’s an awesome human, an awesome friend, owns and operates an awesome Harbor establishment with awesome staff, and he’s my awesome client that I am humbled and honored to be his Legal Counsel for over a year now. 👩⚖️
