SB 171 tightens and standardizes SIBTF eligibility. It narrows what counts as a labor disabling preexisting condition, removes the 1.4 multiplier for SIBTF calculations, and requires whole person impairment to be apportioned.

🔆What an incredible day at the San Joaquin County Deputy Sheriffs Association Annual Picnic!

MH Labor Consultant Dan Koontz had the privilege of joining the men and women in blue for an afternoon filled with great food, laughter, family, and camaraderie.
