Joyce practiced law in Scarborough from 1990 - 2014. She has been a partner at Prescott Jamieson Murphy Law Group since 2015. Joyce is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Scarborough (2003-4, 2015-16), past tre

asurer, and current secretary. She interviewed local high school students for the Harvard Club in Maine from 1993-2024. She is vice chair of the Saco Planning Board. Joyce and her husband, Edward Clark, also a Saco native, have been married since 1995. They have two adult children.
